Do the capri leggings hit at a flattering mid-calf point across different heights?

The capri cut terminates below the knee for most heights, landing at a mid-to-lower calf position that works well for yoga, pilates, and studio workouts. The length is proportionate enough for both shorter and average-height frames without excessive bunching.

Does the mesh insert provide ventilation or is it mostly decorative?

The mesh contrast panels serve both functions — the open weave construction promotes airflow in the panels, which reduces heat buildup during moderate to high-intensity activity. The panels also add visual dimension to the solid base fabric.

Are these squat-proof and comfortable for gym floor work?

The thick fabric construction maintains opacity through squats and lunges. The smooth interior and stretchy knit are well-suited to floor-based exercise movements such as yoga and pilates, with no fabric digging or chafing at the knee or calf during kneeling positions.

Do these come with a pocket for a phone or keys?

The Easithlete capri design does not include a pocket. The absence of pockets is a trade-off for the clean silhouette and smooth fabric construction. A small waistband key loop or armband is the practical solution for phone-free workouts.
